翻转课堂在中青年2型糖尿病胰岛素宣教中的效果探究

Effect of Flipped Classroom in Insulin Education for Middle-Aged and Young Patients with Type 2 Diabetes ZHANG Yuanchun, WANG Wenjun* Department of Endocrinology, Putuo District Central Hospital, Shanghai 200062, China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the impact of flipped classroom on the insulin injection teaching effect and blood sugar control of middleaged and young patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods From January 2022 to January 2023, 128 patients with type 2 diabetes aged between 18 and 60 years who were admitted to Shanghai Putuo District Central Hospital and receiving the first time treated with premixed insulin were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group, with 64 patients in each group. The control group received traditional education, while the intervention group received flipped classroom education. After the education, insulin injection operation scores and satisfaction surveys were conducted, and after 3 months, a questionnaire was used to evaluate the two groups' learning of insulin injection standardization and blood sugar control. Results After the education, the total score of insulin injection test and satisfaction survey in the intervention group were ignificantly higher than those in the control group; 90% of the nurses considered that the flipped classroom education method was less time-consuming during the training stage. After 3 months, the intervention group had higher insulin injection standardization assessment scores and glycated hemoglobin target rates than the control group. Conclusions The application of flipped classroom in insulin injection education can improve patient standardization and save nurse time and assist blood sugar control with some subsequent effect. 中青年已成为我国糖尿病患病率增长最快的群体 [1]。对于新诊断且血糖控制不佳以及胰岛 β 功能明显衰退的 2 型糖尿病患者,胰岛素仍是血糖达标管理中必不可缺少的组成部分 [2]。一项国际调查发现绝大多数患者的胰岛素注射技术是不合格的,个体胰岛素注射技术之间存在巨大差距 [3]。不规范的胰岛素注射技术不仅会增加血糖变异性、导致低血糖,还会使治疗依从性下降 [4]。胰岛素注射技术的相关知识点多而细,因此对于首次接受胰岛素注射治疗的患者进行有
效的健康宣教十分必要 [5]。翻转课堂是一种以学生自主学习在前的颠倒教育模型,已广泛应用到医学教育领域,但鲜有研究者将其应用到患者的健康教育中。本研究探讨翻转课堂对中青年 2 型糖尿病患者胰岛素注射教学效果和血糖达标的影响。
