股骨转子间骨折是股骨颈基底部至小粗隆水平以上部位的骨折，好发于老年人，多与骨质疏松有关。随着社会的老龄化，该骨折的发生率有逐年上升的趋势[1，2]。广州市白云区人民医院2007年5月至2009年10月应用解剖型锁定钢板对股骨转子间骨折进行治疗，取到了比较满意的效果，报道如下。

【摘要】 目的 研究解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的方法及疗效。 方法 对广州市白云区人民医院2007年5月至2009年10月采用解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗的68例股骨转子间骨折患者，进行随访调研。

Surgical Operation Analysisi of Intertrochanteric Fractures Treated by Anatomic Locking Plate Fixation

[Abstract] Objective To research anatomical type plate fixation femoral intertrochanteric fractures treated and curative effect. Methods The clinical May 2007 until October 2009 using anatomical type plate fixation treatment of 38 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients and follow-up investigation. Results All cases follow-up 9~24 months, average 11 months, fracture healing, joint function all quite satisfactory. Conclusion Dissection type plate fixation femoral intertrochanteric fractures treated is one of the ideal method, especially suitable for people with easy operation, and the advantages of fixed firm.
