牙外伤是指牙齿受到急剧创伤，特别是打击或撞击所引起的牙体、牙髓和牙周组织的损伤。颌面外伤经常伴发或原发牙外伤，患者大多数表现为牙齿的松动、脱位或者移位，外伤性牙松动的主要治疗原则是尽量保存自体牙，及时将患牙清理、复位、固定，复位后的固定是影响治疗成功与否的重要因素。临床常用的固定方法有金属丝结扎法、钢丝-釉质黏合法、方丝弓托槽固定法等。本文对部分临床外伤松动牙采用方丝弓正畸法固定，并与传统的金属丝结扎法、牙弓夹板固定法疗效进行比较，旨在探索一种固位强、效果好、不损伤牙周的松牙固定方法。

【摘要】 目的 观察不同固定方法对外伤性松动牙的临床疗效，以期寻找一种疗效确切美观的牙固定方法。方法 选择外伤性Ⅱ～Ⅲ度松动牙的患者165例共计243颗患牙，将患者随机分为3组，每组各55例81颗牙，A组采用金属丝结扎法、B组采用钢丝-釉质黏合法、C组采用方丝弓托槽固定法，分别记录患者牙齿受伤情况、固定情况，治疗3个月临床疗效及牙周检查情况。

[Abstract]Objective To research the clinical efficacy of different fixation methods on the loose teeth traumatic，find an effective method. Methods Select Ⅱ~Ⅲ degree of traumatic teeth loose 165 patients with 243 bad teeth, patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, each of the 55 patients with 81 teeth, A metal wire ligation group, B group with steel wire-enamelsticky legal, C group Edgewise brackets with fixation, record the injuries, fixed, clinical efficacy of treatment for 3 months and periodontal inspection. Results Steel wire-enamel sticky legal efficacy is superior to the group and the ligation wire Edgewise bracket with fixation group, the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）, the gingivitis, periodontal pocket formation, alveolar bone resorption change is significantly（P<0.01）. Conclusion Steel wire-enamel sticky legal treatment of traumatic tooth mobility significant clinical efficacy, it is worth to clinical practice.
